What does TRAC mean to you?

Throughout my education, I have always loved and appreciated writing and the writing process. Watching my friends and peers struggle with such an integral part of life has always inspired me to do my best to share my talent with others. A close friend of mine in high school had a learning disability that seriously affected his writing. While he was smart, thoughtful, and hardworking, many peers and even teachers judged him as lazy or incapable of writing. I worked with him on many of his papers and it taught me just how important it was to have peer support when dealing with something that might be seen as daunting and impossible. The TRAC Program has given me the opportunity to share my love for writing and collaborate with other students to make the writing process a better experience.
