What does TRAC mean to you?

To the majority of people, including myself at times, writing can feel like a laborious task, one that requires a large amount of effort and sometimes leads to frustration. With the services provided by the TRAC writing fellows, Lehigh students have the remarkable opportunity to diminish the difficulties associated with writing and become better writers ? and thus, better communicators. The mindset that a student who is not majoring in the liberal arts does not need to pay attention so much to his or her writing skills is a bothersome one to me, which is why I am thankful to have joined the TRAC program. As a student of both business and engineering, but not necessarily of the liberal arts, I have found that having a firm foundation in writing is actually a necessity in regards to my success as a student and as a professional. Through my experiences with writing at Lehigh, I have developed an appreciation for the art of writing, and am thrilled that I have the amazing opportunity to share it with others.
