Joining the TRAC program has been one of my favorite experiences at Lehigh. It has provided me an outlet to express myself through writing and to practice mindfulness. Along with enhancing my communication and leadership skills, the TRAC program has provided me with amazing and strong friendships that I am very grateful for.
