What does TRAC mean to you?

Being a TRAC Fellow means occupying a unique position on campus that allows me to simultaneously better myself while helping others. Building relationships with other fellows, faculty members, and students has allowed me to greatly expand my own knowledge regarding various subjects to which I was previously unexposed. TRAC has reaffirmed my passion for writing and improved my academic confidence, all while creating an environment in which I can apply my newly acquired appreciation for mindfulness.
