What does TRAC mean to you?

As a member of the Integrated Business & Engineering (IBE) program here at Lehigh, I chose to become a TRAC fellow to further broaden and improve my communication skills and use both disciplines to continue to learn to work well with others.  I believe that the program has a lot to offer both students and fellows, as both learn, grow, and hopefully improve through their experiences together throughout a semester.  I am thrilled to be involved in a program that will allow me to help others while refining my own teaching and writing skills—something that differentiates the TRAC program from any other campus organization.  I believe that the peer-mentorship aspect of the TRAC program is particularly beneficial as professors have a channel through the fellows that students have easy access to and can use to better understand the expectations of the class through someone they can relate to.
