To me, the TRAC Program is all about building connections. Writing is a very personal and often stressful process for students, regardless of their writing level. As TRAC Fellows, we work with our peers to improve their writing, which sometimes puts students in a vulnerable position. It's our job to make them feel comfortable and to teach the process of writing. Before becoming a TRAC Fellow, my fellows' feedback truly made a difference in the overall quality of my writing, and I am thrilled to be able to contribute to another student’s success as my TRAC Writing Fellows have for me.
