What does TRAC mean to you?

To me, the TRAC program is all about continuous improvement and building trust relationships. I have been most effective as a TRAC Fellow when I made an effort to be a genuine friend to my students, in addition to a tutor and mentor. The TRAC Program has helped to develop me as a writer, communicator, critical thinker, learner, and person, and I hope to have the same impact on the students I work with and the greater Lehigh community.
