What does TRAC mean to you?
I like telling people about my ideas, and hearing about their ideas. But I find, too often, that I struggle to make myself clear - whether I'm writing, speaking, or using other means - and this can change an interesting, useful conversation into a confused mess. Sometimes this happens because of a failure in my writing, but often I discover that whatever I was trying to say doesn't make sense. The act of presenting ideas to others highlights the weak points in my thinking. I think that paying close attention to how I communicate can be very useful, as well as rewarding. I can speak better and learn things. I can identify shortcomings and overcome them. TRAC can help me do this sort of self-examination, and opens the door for me to show others how to do it too. That seems like a good deal to me.
