Interesting internships, activities, hobbies, or experiences:
I interned at CBS Radio, which was an incredible eye-opening experience into the world of broadcasting. Running around New York City with reporters and watching Yankees games from the broadcast booth were a few highlights. My time spent as an editor on The Brown and White led to a great group of friends, and gave me valuable skills from helping to manage an entirely student-run paper.
What does TRAC mean to you?
I initially joined the TRAC program to help other students improve their writing, and had expected to help liberal arts students who already focused on writing within their courses. But the variety of students across the curriculum I worked with was unexpected and exciting. There's a sense of accomplishment that comes with "cracking" a student and leading him or her to realize that writing is crucial to any endeavor in life.
